Dallas is the county seat, with a walkable downtown around the courthouse, Rickreall Creek running through town, and quick access to the foothills of the Coast Range. Neighborhoods range from older homes near downtown to newer subdivisions and acreage on the edges.

Monmouth's neighbor on the Willamette River, with a historic downtown and riverfront park. Independence grew up as a hop-farming town, and its older homes sit alongside newer neighborhoods. I graduated from high school here, and a summer evening at Riverview Park still feels like home.

A small farm town between Salem and McMinnville on Highway 99W, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. A good fit for buyers who want a quiet town with an easy drive to both cities. I love that it sits right between farm country and wine country.

Along the South Yamhill River and Highway 18, Sheridan offers more land for the money, older homes with character, and a short drive to the coast. I love the open farmland on the drive out Highway 18.

A timber town at the foot of the Coast Range, west of Sheridan. Willamina offers rural lots, wooded acreage and some of the most affordable homes in the area. What I love most is how close the forest is. You're minutes from trails and quiet back roads.
